Week One: The Basics

In week one, we cover the basics of Savvy Elderhood philosophy, request that participants remain skeptical for as long as possible, and facilitate your connection to your Core of Magnificence. We have an open discussion, a question-and-answer segment, and a homework assignment.

Week Three: Savvy Health

Week three means Savvy Health. After reports on the homework, we discuss the five things every cell of our body needs for health, and how the Core of Magnificance communicates through the body. Healthy habits are meant to be unique. Status check on body fears, concerns, denials, and preferences. We have an open discussion, a question-and-answer segment, and a homework assignment.

Week Two: Savvy Finance

Week two is about Savvy Finance. We hear reports on the homework. Discuss the role of money in the long, healthy, happy, fulfilling Savvy Elder life. We explore “abundance.” Create new distinctions for your Core of Magnificence, phases of connection, and explore the “willingness hack.”  We have an open discussion, a question-and-answer segment, and a homework assignment.

Week Four: Savvy Relationships

Week four is when the Savvy Relationships come up for discussion. After the homework reports, we investigate how much of the happiness, love, fulfillment, and joy we chose for our long life is due to relationships. We delve into the requirements for a Savvy Elder relationship, discuss authenticity and resonance, and then we celebrate the afterparty.
